of each month
- ADAMS COUNTY: The application for emergency rental, mortgage or utility assistance is available on the 1st of each month between 9am-11am, regardless of holidays and weekends.
- WELD COUNTY: The application for emergency rental and mortgage assistance will be available on the 1st of each month and remain open until monthly capacity is reached.
