It’s that time again!
Almost Home, Inc. is once again partnering with the Knights of Columbus & St. Augustine’s Food Pantry to provide Thanksgiving Meal Baskets for families in need.

Last year, thanks to our generous community, we were able to provide 400 baskets — and with your help, we can do it again this year!
We’re collecting food donations to make this possible.
Monetary Donations
Donations of $30 will help to cover the cost of one complete meal box.

- Boxed Stuffing
- Boxed Mac & Cheese
- Gravy Packets
- Canned Corn
- Canned Green Beans

- Dessert (No Bake Cheesecakes, Cookies or Brownies or Cake Mix)
Need a meal basket?
- You MUST register in person at the Almost Home Housing Navigation Center during walk in hours and obtain a reservation card prior to the event date.
- Bring Picture I.D. & proof of residency in Adams or Southern Weld County
- No walk-ins the day of the event
- You must have a reservation card to pick-up your meal basket
