Almost Home provides Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) to households experiencing literal homelessness in Adams and Southern Weld Counties.
Rapid Re-Housing Program
Once enrolled in the program, households receive ongoing supportive, home based case management services to help ensure ongoing housing stability and short-term rental assistance.
Next Step Program
Almost Home offers the Next Step Program under our Rapid-Re-Housing Program. This program provides critical support to McKinney-Vento families referred by enrolled school districts. Once enrolled, families benefit from ongoing, home-based case management designed to foster long-term housing stability, along with short-term rental assistance.
How referrals work
Referrals for this program come directly from local CoC Coordinated Entry systems.
All Almost Home Rapid Re-Housing Programs are closed referral programs and we cannot accept partner or self-referrals.
